Every rule has a backstory. There were just more reasons for rules for bhikkhuni than bhikkhus. The Not travelling alone rule which was made after a bhikkhuni was raped for instance. When i look at the bhikkhuni rules it also seems like some of them are just the same as bhikkhu rules but worded differently.
