Will the Dhamma still be available on the internet?

If there was no Ashoka… Dhamma would have died already…
But ashoka help dhamma to reach out of Indian boundaries… specially to shrilanka and eastern countries…
As some scientist saying if humans cannot escape from earth…they will face extinction like diano…
I think I dhamma reach in every country and if there is monestries in every country dhamma will survive in this or that form.
I think Australia and newzealand is best place to build pa auk monestries so even if ww3 happened…dhamma will be safe there

I believe in the space colonizing destiny of humanity and our religions goes out to the universe along with us. That’s safer than putting all the eggs in one basket (one planet).
Buddhism may then die out in some planets, but maintained in another, just like Buddhism died out in India and maintained in Sri Lanka and other countries.
It’ll be much more unlikely for Buddhism to die out once it becomes a multiple planet religion and space travel is relatively easy.

One day the universe will die. Anyway, given light speed limit, I am not sure how big an area would count as disappeared from the world.
Say if humans spread out to other galaxies billions of light years away and within 1 billion light years radius no trace of Buddhism is left around earth. So to get causally spread Buddhism back to earth would take at least 1 billion years. During that time, another Buddha could very well appear on earth to rediscover the Dhamma and his religion might die out before the previous Buddha’s religion comes back to earth.
Do note that the gods are causally connected to previous Buddhas, so they at least hold the knowledge of the Dhamma. So to what extend do we need to qualify when the Dhamma disappeared from the world.

Yaaah …that’s .make sence…Indra and Brahma and many many gods do hold dhamma now …
And people makes aspirations and donations and taking efforts to preserve dhamma.

I think dark times are coming. WW3 could happen. Who knows? It’s best to ordain as soon as possible and practice the Dhamma.
