Theravada insight meditation is scientifically proven to be incredibly healthy

The article references studies, here are the two ones mentioned initially, the first one primarily seems relevant to insight meditators, and, considering it mentions Goldstein and Kornfield in the sources, I assume it’s Mahasi Sayadaw style insight meditation, though I’m not sure.
