Why can’t we see any humans from other world systems? I understand that we can’t see devas because their bodies are made of subtle matter but humans from other world systems should be made of the same matter as us, but so far we haven’t seen life on other planets.
Short answer: because they are too far from us.

Long answer: with the current technology scientists are able to find only forms of life derived from gross matter, Four Elements matter.
There is also the problem of Speed-of-Light barrier, that is an issue to travel and communicate with beings of other solar systems. I don’t know if devas and other invisible beings of the Sensual Realms have such issues with speed of light.
