Nina’s one is only the first chapter ( about 37 pages in the translation you sent).
But her one runs to several hundred pages as she adds in many comments.

complete file converted by Ven. Sarana from velthius into the proper Pali font. Unedited.
I hope to edit it, give a short introduction and make it publishable, sometime in the future.

I was finally able to complete it but with a preface only, not a full introduction – I am still working on that, and will give an updated file as soon as that is done. Thanks to Venerable Subhuti’s encouragement to try different AI models the task of formatting near the end went faster than I expected, and gave a professional level look to the book.
