Worth adding this quote below as we do see wrong translations of nāma-rūpa still

There are nuances of meaning of Pāli words according to the context in which they are found. Thus the word nāma may mean either a “name,”” or a “mental phenomenon,”” and the word rūpa may mean either a visual-object, or a “physical phenomenon.” Much havoc was wrought when some Western Pāli scholars rendered into English the Pāli term, nāma-rūpa as “name and form,” instead of “mind and matter.” This grievous error persists in many later translations that are “descendants” of the aforesaid pioneering ones
