Kamma vipaka & conditionality in 5 sense cognition

To follow up on the question:

  • Is the influence of kamma vipāka limited only to how the being will react to contact — with pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral feelings?

-Or does kamma vipāka also influence the factors that will bring about that contact?

-Can kamma vipāka promote the occurrence of certain experiences by shaping the behavior of the recipient?

-Can it promote the occurrence of experiences by influencing the behavior of those around the recipient?

-Can it promote experiences by modifying the course of natural phenomena?

Or are the mechanisms by which kamma vipāka manifests never explained in any text? Is this a question that should be put aside!?
