I looked at the first page - basically he rejects classical Theravada. So no, it is not very reliable.
Is some of it useful? That is possible.
As an aside I see that the venerable featured on the website, Ven. Dhammika, was close with a Buddhist teacher I knew, Godwin Samararatne.
