Is it possible to fulfill paramis in hell?

I’ve read that the Bodhisatta fulfilled paramis in every existence consecutively. I’ve also read that Bodhisatta was reborn in hell before he was reborn in heaven and then reborn as a human prince named Temiya in the Muga-Pakkha Jataka.

I’m wondering if the Bodhisatta practiced qualities such as loving kindness, patience, virtue, and equanimity even in hell realms.

I found this from the Great Chronicles of the Buddha:

Whenever he is born (as, for instance, in one existence before he was born as Prince Temi), through unfortunate circumstances in the planes of misery such as Ussada Niraya, unlike other inhabitants there, he is not distressed by intense suffering but develops even more and more sense of religious urgency.

The way I imagined it is maybe the Bodhisatta just patiently endure all the suffering in hell without trying to run away like other inhabitants there because he knows it’s pointless and that you can’t escape from the results of your past deeds. So maybe, he practices loving kindness towards all the beings without falling into despair. I think he only experienced physical suffering and not so much of mental suffering.
