Intimation is momentary only or can it be series of momentary cittas?

If I understand correctly, intimation (viññatti) is momentary rūpa citta, right? But the physical or verbal communication lasts more than a moment. It takes few seconds to show a gesture or to say a command. So I wonder, does this mean that the verbal or physical action is made up of a long series of momentary viññatti-rūpa-s?

Or maybe the meaning and purpose of the bodily/verbal action is understood in one momentary citta? But then, why would viññatti be rūpas and not nāma?

Any ideas?
Thanks!
