I made a website with Qoder + Gemini + Claude that offers an interactive Pali reader with accurate translations sourced from E-Tipitaka. I have used several Pali canon websites and none of them were interactive and was more like reading straight from a book. It currently only has the Dhammapada and all its chapters, with every word in every verse having tooltips for the sake of checking the detailed definition of a word. I aim to add more scriptures to the website within this week. All feedback is appreciated. Please let me know if there are errors in any verse or if there are bugs in the website.

If someone wants to copy the definition in the tooltip (like to put in flashcard software, that doesn’t seem possible. Or am I missing something?
Perhaps clicking on a word could “lock” the tooltip so that it stayed put for copying.

Your link.. does not link to the app.. At best, it is just the Dhammapada and a link to your personal home page.. please fix it.
Also .. TPR has the full epitaka texts as an extension and the epitaka.org website has all the texts and functionality…you sort of wasted your time and tokens.
Note the difference between epitaka and etipitaka
- epitaka is an ai translation of the entire CST supported by Orthodox Theravada
- etipitaka is a website maintained by suttanta purists and Ajahn Kukrit with many missing texts who is against the Commentaries and Abhidhamma.
Please get your names right.

Thanks for spotting this! I looked up Ajarn Kukrit and the site, the site is a “Buddhawajana” .. we even have a thread that mentions him:

In Thailand, it is “Buddhawajana” trend from Wat Nongpaphong, led by a monk by Ajahn Kukrit. He compiled some scriptures based on Thai modern translation (that he thought is authentic) and put it as “Buddhawajana” books. And he claimed by read these books published by him, the real Buddha’s teachings can be known. By doing this, not only he attempted to replace the Pāli Tipitaka canon, change the order of scriptures and discarded many of the teachings, rejected 227 precepts system… essentially he divided the Buddhist communities into two: a community that uphold Pāli Tipitaka canon and another uphold Ajahn Kukrit’s “Buddhawajana” books. Now both these communities are often quarrel and indeed sad to see this happening in Thai Buddhist circle.
This thread can serve as a warning - that site could attract those who unknowingly assume it has correct translations.

Sorry I wasn’t aware of the website E-Tipitaka. I meant I got the translations from epitaka. The website I made has the orthodox translations sourced from epitaka, not the Suttanta or EBT movements that distort the translations. The purpose of the website was to be a better verse reader because from my own experience, epitaka is harder to read because of the layout. And as I have mentioned, it currently only has the Dhammapada. All the verses in the Dhammapada are from epitaka.
