Would you choose to be reborn as a virtuous and wise human or a deva/brahma? If we are reborn as a virtuous and wise human, we could continue fulfilling the 10 perfections to become a Paccekabuddha or other special Persons in the future. Life in the human realm is conspired unpleasant compared to the heavenly realm but there’s this saying: “no pain no gain”.
I made a typo. I meant “considered” not “conspired”
If ever devas can reveal themselves to most humans and the humans would listen to dhamma talks by devas, then it would be nicer to become devas. Or else humans.
This is assuming attainment of stream entry and get that max delay until arahanthood in order to help as many beings to cross over as possible.
Or else, devas (surrounded by Buddhist devas, or even ariya devas) seems better in the near future, as humans seems close to destroying our civilization.
