Does Pa-Auk still welcome foreigners?

I’m planning to go to Pa-Auk center (Pyin Oo Lwin). But on the website, it says that the monastery is closed because of covid. Is this still the case today? If so, when will the monastery reopen?

They are open as far as I know and even lay people come to offer food. There might be issues getting visas… but it is best to contact them directly. I am not a representative of Pa-auk, but I know many monks there.
