Are awakened people incapable of some emotions?

Some texts give the idea that attaining 1st path (stream-entry) eliminates some emotions, 2nd path eliminates greed and hatred, and a fully-awakened person has transcended all anger, all lust, all hatred.

Do you agree with this? It seems plausible to me, from my limited experience of the mind, that an awakened person can still go through the motions of these, but don’t suffer from them; the phenomenology will have changed so the emotions present in a spacious way experienced with awareness, but the emotions haven’t vanished.

Note that even the arahats (setting aside the Buddha) still have what is called vasana, past impressions that remain, such as the
Venerable Pilindavaccha who although an arahat addressed people as vasala because he had been a brahmin for many lives.
