Yes, plenty of them in Singapore. Not enough land for new monasteries. And monk politics (cannot get along living together) might prevent certain people from wanting to live together.

I want to ask suppose I learn about somewhere a bhikkhu is observing vassa. Or there is kathina ceremony happening…
Can I just go there and offer kathina piece of cloth on or before the day of kathina Dana ceremony so that it can be used to prepare kathina .
Usually the list of kathina donors can be for many years in a waiting list for the famous monasteries.
