Just in case you are in the vicinity I am planning a trip to Lumbini late November.

You might start by contacting your local temple to see if any of the monastics there have a connection in Bodhgaya. It will be difficult because you will need some kind of physical support to do any major almsgiving. Also keep in mind that there is a lot of “competition” to do this sort of thing and so you may need to reserve a space far in advance.

You might consider trying to arrange something at one of the “secondary” holy sites.

If you have never been to Bodhgaya before and you are traveling internationally to get there, I’d personally suggest not trying to arrange something so complicated for a first visit. It’s going to take a lot of work and you may not be able to focus on the experiencing of visiting/worshiping. Not that I want to discourage you from doing good merit. Just that something like this requires merit for it to go smoothly, in my opinion.

Good points by @Gijjhakuta
when I was there in May the area for kilometers around was very packed with shops and houses. Many vihara also in vicinity - mostly based on nationality.
