What kind of transgressions result in Brahmas becoming womb-born humans?

I think transgression is the wrong word. It is due to the exhaustion of merit, or end of the lifespan, that one leaves the Brahma world:

> [Brahmajala sutta](https://suttacentral.net/dn1/en/sujato?lang=en&layout=sidebyside&reference=none&notes=asterisk&highlight=false&script=latin)
>
> Then a certain being, **due to the exhaustion of his life-span or the exhaustion of his merit, passes away from the Ābhassara plane and re-arises in the empty palace of Brahmā. …** Just at that moment, due to the exhaustion of their life-span or the exhaustion of their merit, certain other beings pass away from the Ābhassara plane and re-arise in the palace of Brahmā, in companionship with him.

To be born in a human or deva world is always the result of kusala kamma.

I think he might be asking about what is mentioned in the Agganna Sutta where the first humans were originally like Brahmas but they ate something on Earth and started to develop craving for that taste. Then, their body became coarse. Male and female characteristics manifested. Then, they had relationships with each other and had children.
