Kamma and result

So if we hear an unpleasant sound, is it the result of bad kamma? What about when devas and brahmas come to the human realm? If they hear bad sounds in the human realm, is it also due to past bad kamma?

Yes even devas can experience anittha ( undesirable) objects through the senses.
